How the licensed-operator model compares
Most cleaning franchises publish two charges: a large upfront franchise fee, and an ongoing royalty calculated as a percentage of your sales, often with a separate marketing fee on top. That percentage keeps growing as your business grows.
CleanBucks is a licensed-operator model. It's $1,000 to start and $500 per month — a flat fee that covers your website, phone number, texting, payments, customer management, AI features, and ongoing product updates. CleanBucks does not take a percentage of your sales.
