Acceptance
By purchasing or using a 10BucksARoom license, you agree to these terms.
License Grant
Your monthly subscription grants you the right to operate under the 10BucksARoom brand in your assigned territory. This license is non-transferable without written approval.
Monthly Fee
You are billed automatically on the 1st of each month. The amount is set at signup ($500/mo, escalating per your agreement). Prices shown include credit/debit card processing fees.
Payment Methods
A card on file is required. Zelle and ACH/bank transfer are accepted with no processing fee — contact 1-855-766-6410 to set up.
Non-Payment
Failed or missed payments result in immediate suspension of your license, app access, lead routing, and brand rights until the balance is brought current.
No Refunds
All payments are final. See our Refund Policy for details.
Cancellation
You may cancel future billing at any time by calling 1-855-766-6410. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund past payments.
Territory & Customer Ownership
All customers are owned by 10BucksARoom corporate. Upon termination, customer relationships, data, and routing revert to corporate for reassignment.
